We do not offer or ship any physical products, and we do not provide face-to-face or in-person services. Every service is either delivered via email, accessed through an online platform, or conducted through scheduled video sessions.
Because of the digital and non-tangible nature of the services we provide, our refund and return policy follows a strict set of conditions to ensure fairness for both our clients and our business. Once a service has been accessed, delivered, downloaded, or fulfilled — either partially or in full — it is considered consumed, and we are not obligated to issue a refund. This includes digital products such as PDF guides, templates, toolkits, online videos, consultation bookings, or downloadable resources.
However, we understand that mistakes and technical issues can occasionally happen. For that reason, we do offer a limited refund window of up to 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or scheduled delivery. During this time, you may submit a request for refund only under the following justified circumstances:
- If there was a technical issue on our end that prevented you from accessing the service or product.
- If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error.
- If the service provided was substantially different from what was clearly described on our website or sales page, and this difference significantly affected its usability or relevance to your situation.
Please note that refund requests made outside of these reasons will not be accepted. This includes — but is not limited to — requests made due to a change of mind, lack of time to use the service, incorrect expectations based on assumptions (not descriptions), dissatisfaction with the outcome when the service was provided as described, or general disagreement with advice received.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team at support@n-a-i-mbus.run, and must include the following:
- Full name and email used during purchase
- Name of the service or product purchased
- Date of purchase
- Detailed explanation of your issue and reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant screenshots or supporting information
We carefully review each request and typically respond within 5 business days. Approval of a refund remains at our sole discretion. In cases where a refund is granted, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
By purchasing any service from Naim, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Returns Policy in full.
